Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your email boxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email boxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming email messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email account you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest.
